Roxy Water Based Wall Putty
This is a Water based Ready Made Wall Primer for interior application. Based on special Acrylic Emulsion, Rutile Titanium Dioxide & suitable fillers. Its unique filling and binding property makes it suitable to impart proper very smooth finish and easy to rub down.

It is used on all concrete, cement, plastered interior surface.
